How we keep your experiences safe — and how to prepare for the day.

Every guide's identity is verified (KYC) and their experience is reviewed before it goes live.
You can see each guide's profile, languages, experience, and real traveller reviews before you book.

Check the experience's difficulty level and duration to make sure it suits you and your group.
Confirm the meeting point and start time, and arrive a few minutes early.
Keep your booking confirmation and your guide's contact details handy.

Stay with your group and follow your guide's instructions at all times.
Respect nature, wildlife, and local customs — ask your guide before wandering off.
Never put yourself at risk for a photo; your guide will point out safe spots.

Tell your guide about any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary needs before you start.
For active experiences (hiking, camel riding, etc.), make sure the physical level is right for everyone in your party.

You can cancel within the experience's free-cancellation window shown at booking.
For your safety, a guide may reschedule or cancel due to weather or conditions — you'll be offered a new date or a full refund.
